I really look forward to having a go at the chair yoga in the not too distant future. I’ve had a horrible 5 weeks of booms and bust and lost a lot of muscle and fitness since August! Like you I’ve just been diagnosed with having POTS and my eyes alighted upon your yoga pants. Are they compression leggings? If yes, where did you buy them from? I’m going to start with your floor yoga again once I’ve got over my latest relapse (which ironically was brought on by the tilt table test which led to my diagnosis!!). I’m 7 months into the Covid roller coaster and am praying for a more stable period now I know what’s going on with my body. 🤞
