Some Yoga Love for the Neck and Shoulders
Enjoy this 20-minute sequence of gentle stretching and trigger-point release (self-massage, using a firm ball) for your neck and shoulders. These self-massage techniques are my go-to for tension or pain in my neck and shoulders. I even find that they sometimes helps relieve headaches! I hope you’ll enjoy them as much as I do.
