Yoga and a Shoutout
Hello, Corona Café!
First, a shoutout to the three lovelies who attended our Zoom call yesterday! Every time I get to talk with one (or three!) of you, I’m amazed by the parallels in our journeys and by the immediate kinship that I feel. I’m tentatively planning to host another call on Sunday 1/24 at 1:00 pm EST. Pencil it in, and I’ll include a zoom link in a newsletter closer to that date.
Below you’ll find our first yoga video of 2021! It’s a gentle practice - no standing, kneeling, squatting, etc. It will help to have a block or sturdy book handy, but it’s not strictly essential.
I’ll be in touch again later this week. Rest well, be kind to yourself, and allow yourself abundant pauses between now and then!
