I'm so happy for you that you can spend time being with the people you love again! I agree - it feels so, so healing to connect with loved ones. When we're alone, it's easy for the narrative of illness to run on repeat. When I'm spending time with friends and family, I find that I notice my symptoms less, too. It's even nice to hear about other people's non-covid-related problems!
I love reading about your joyful moments, thank you for sharing your life and your poetry, it is very inspiring to me. I have struggled with back pain for the last two years and I am still struggling to come to terms with my physical limitations. I have so many things to be grateful for, but sometimes it is really difficult with chronic pain to feel joy. Your story helps to remind me to be mindful and present in the moment. I’m sure that you have touched so many people with their joy and struggles! Thank you so much for sharing your story!💕
Staci, I'm so sorry to hear that your back is still troubling you! For me (and probably for most people), pain has a way of dampening positive emotions and amplifying the less pleasant ones. That makes mindfulness harder, but also more important. Thank you for your encouragement and kindness! I wish you many mindful moments in the week ahead!
So glad that you’ve had a wonderful week. I believe the more you lean into this poetic place ( I call it feeling blissful) , the more time you’ll spend there. Indeed that is a blessing in disguise for body, mind and soul xxxx
Im glad you and your kids had a good week 🥰.
I was isoladed and lonely and very sick for so Long...
Now when i have better and good days.

And i forgett a bit about my self when engageing in other peoples storys or a topic of conversation.
