Yoga for Long-haulers

Upload successful! Here is the promised yoga video - a 20-minute, very gentle, totally recumbent yoga practice. I hope it will help you to stretch, release tension, and sink into relaxation. As with everything, listen to your body. What it tells you is more important than anything I say! If you do try this out, please let me know what you like and what you don’t.
